Follow-up! This is part of the planning process and something you need to make time for after the event.I’m always surprised at how few people follow-up after an event.
Follow-up within a day or two of the event. Send the requested information, a thank-you email, a free report, outline your services, add them to your newsletter (if they signed up for it).
Follow-up with a phone call if that’s the next step.
Don’t forget – the initial contact is just the beginning.
