A little about Sharon:
After 12 years in customer service, and having created two new life-forms, Sharon decided it was time to explore the wider world.
Having always been interested in IT & other geeky things Sharon enrolled with St Martin’s College, Lancaster to study IT with Creative Writing. One of the first modules was on basic web design – which initially was totally a foreign language – but after a few months of “learning through play” she realised that she had found something she could love almost as much as chocolate.
After graduating in the summer of ’08 Sharon plunged straight into adding to her portfolio of work and setting up Bay Web Designs as a freelance web design business aimed mainly at start-ups and SMEs. The ethos of Bay Web Designs is that effective does not have to be expensive and attractive can be affordable. With strengths in friendliness, approachability and customer service Sharon aims to build good client relationships as well as great websites.
Sharon’s latest project is an ebook/pdf helping businesses through the maze and pitfalls of website creation. If you have any anecdotes that you feel would be appropriate to include then she would love to hear from you.
